The overall objective of the SWEDD+ initiative responds to the call launched by the Presidents of the Sahel countries, with the support of partners, for the acceleration of the demographic transition, the demographic dividend and reduction of gender inequalities in the region. The SWEDD+ project is funded by the World Bank.
